Our Team
With over 45 years of combined experience within the construction industry, Green Aspect’s core team are experts in their fields. We are committed to realising the needs and demands of our clients while maintaining a professional, practical and safe approach on all projects.
Richard Cooney
Director
Richard comes from a family of tradesmen and has over 15 years experience in the construction industry.
He is responsible for the overall management, development and direction of Green Aspect. Richard began his career with Ireland’s premier commercial fitout company – All Systems Commercial Fitouts – where he refined the specific range of skills associated with commercial design and construction.
His practical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail means that all projects are completed efficiently, while meeting clients’ expectations.
Stephen Maguire
Operations Manager
Stephen’s vision for sustainable building, aesthetic design and lean management has allowed Green Aspect to grow in an exciting way. His business knowledge, hands-on skills and natural ability to co-ordinate have made him an essential part of our team.
He’s dedicated to creating innovative workspaces, through sterling project management and building great relationships with clients.
Construction Team
We believe that any team is only as strong as its weakest link. That’s why when Green Aspect was established, we hand-picked the best team of subcontractors in the business. Over the years we have forged extremely close working relationships with all of them. The fact that most of our subcontractors have worked on every project we have ever taken on is testament to this bond.
